Just like if the reverse were to happen, and TOA servers were shut down and only classic remained, you would've gotten stomped on by labyrinth groups like your 3 day escapade.

The level of play was significantly lower, and nobody had figured out how to play classes half as well. At best, the playstyles are incomparable due to time differences. At worst, they're straight shitty players. Honestly though, half of them probably played as cerebrally as anyone today, just that the skill curve has constantly been building up.
