Yeah. Before it hatched the father was just kind of hanging outside of the nest. He would eat, then go inside the nest to feed the mom. Then the other day the father was spending more time in the nesting box. That's when I thought something was up  They both spend most of their time in the nesting box though, presumably taking care of the babies.
I was able to get this picture because both the parents had stepped out of the box. The mother usually only does this for <10 seconds.

We've raised three of our parrots. Two of them we started hand feeding about three weeks after they hatched. The other parrots we had didn't get hand fed, but eventually they got used to human contact. It's a ton easier to get them used to you if they were hand-fed by you though, for sure.
We're going to wait a few weeks before hand feeding.
