Fortunately, it hasn't been signed by the governor yet. We're still hoping she vetoes it.
If not, it is clearly unconstitutional.
The general idea behind the law wasn't bad(was supposed to combat Internet bullying), but the implementation sure was.

Actually, the bill is currently halted in the legislature.
The Senate amended the House's version so it had to go back to the House for a revote and the House has put it on hold while it investigates the complaints that have been pouring in.
