Poutine is delicious.

Tim Horton's is completely unimpressive.

I ended up with 20 lbs (4.5kg) of coins in my pocket.

It was fun.

It's easy to come home with way too many Cannuckian coins since the cash-spending habits here in Amerka aren't used to having $1 and $2 coins. They tend to pile up unless you consciously remember to spend them.

There are plenty of places in BC that make them good, heck even Costco does it pretty good. tongue

and Tim Hortons is incredible compared the crap hole that is the donuts places here (Dunkin, Crispy Kreme).

EDIT: and LOL using Cash tongue

So if he'd had a good beer AND saw 10 million Mexicans while in Canada, he would've been at your house?

Eh? I always drink Molson Canadian when I go to hockey games.

650ml cans are usually cheap as hell (for hockey game beer prices anyway) and it tastes pretty much like nothing. Goes down easy...and a few years back the cans had goalie masks on them. Had to try to drink one for each goalie I liked. Back in 2004 or so, I remember being astounded that you could get the big cans for 3 bucks at a Thrashers game...which is probably part of the reason the team left the city and moved to Canada, pricing Molson less than Miller lite? WTF? That's just a crime...but a happy one for beer drinkers.

I drink molsons anytime I go out, helps me manage how much I am drinking. Tastes like I imagine camel piss would and by the time they start going down easy they are either getting warm or I have a buzz enough to know I should switch to pop.

However I am in trouble if they ever bring back the flavored beers, not sure who made durango but that stuff was godly (can't get it here anymore). Someone at the pool hall mentioned molsons was working on a flavored beer... should prove interesting.

I'm a huge timmies addict, as someone above said it beats the daylights out of what else is available here. However, you get an old/burnt cup of it and it can be the foulest tasting crap out there.

Edit: haha dontcha love our $1 and $2 coins? Weigh you down fast!

I'm born and lived in Canada my whole life, and I've never had it either. I hate soggy fries, only like gravy on meat, so why would I ever soak fries in it, with or without the cheese?

Get you drunk as a skunk in no time. No clue how or why, but 1 of those beers = 4 regular beers. They have Bud on tap now. Doesn't quite have the same effect.

I'm sure you'd be more than happy to share the story. Then again, you remember it better than I do... damn you, Saddledome beer! That stuff truly is legendary - it truly is as though 1 plastic cup of that stuff is the equivalent of 4 regular beers.
