	Any pro tips for grilling fish? I usually wrap them in tinfoil with lemon juice, doesn't always turn out tasty for some reason... 	I grew up with salted dried codfish(properly prepped!)... I loved it and still do but it isn't always easy to find. I think the only fish I ever had that I wasn't crazy about was salmon, (maybe I never had it prepared properly). I love lots of fish and lots of cooking methods. At the moment though I am addicted to blackened: usually talapia, catfish, mahi-mahi. Grilled Red Snapper has always been a favorite as well,(love Grouper too). I have learned to eat cod in such a specific way that, I really would like to know how you prepare, cook, and what you eat it with. Is it the non-salted version? -----signature----- (none)

	I plan on seasoning it with garlic salt then tossing in a chunk of butter, lemon wedges and sliced bell peppers.
