I must not understand how this works.
How I read it, is this system lets you level another character with slightly different racial options and slightly expanded class and skill options. Fun?

basically you just make 2 toons, and say one is the son of the other osmethne
right now i have a Rattataki Operative (50), a Sith Pureblood Sith Juggernaut, and a Human Commando. i am going to make a Rattataki Gunslinger that will be the son of my Operative. i havent decided how the others fit in, but i think the Sith Pureblood will be an enemy of my Operative (no spoilers, but he and my Operative wouldnt get along), and my Commando an ally of my Operative (enemy of my enemy is my friend)

The strength of the game is the class story lines and the capacity to do various things. They don't all blend together all that well atm but overall it is a solid game.
Hard to compare it to WOW but compared to other MMOs it compares really well. It needs to get better but I think the legacy system addition suggests they are willing to make changes as the game develops.
I think I will end up playing it off and on for awhile like I did with WOW.
