Everybody has "death panels" in the broad sense of the term. You can't do health care without it. Otherwise everyone would try to spend millions of dollars on every conceivable medical option when they were about to die. There has to be someone somewhere who determines whether care is justified or not.
Worrying about "death panels" from Obamacare is particularly stupid because the vast majority of people who come up against "death panels" are over 65 and therefore on medicare instead. Obamacare will do nothing to affect them.
