A Long Island, New York, woman is suing Apple for $1 million. Evelyn Paswall, an 83-year-old woman, believes the design of the Apple store is dangerous. Paswell broke her nose when she walked into the glass doors of the sleekly designed building.
Her lawyer, Derek T. Smith, says the store's high-tech modern architecture poses a danger to some people. Paswell has filed suit for medical expenses and negligence. As of Saturday, the store in question had white markings installed on its doors to prevent future accidents.
This is not the first time that someone has been reported walking into the glass at an Apple store. Last year, an elderly Canadian woman also walked into the glass as she was exiting a store.
I bet more than a few Outposters have walked into glass doors before, but you didn't deserve a million bucks for it.
Now on to the bug - 2 1/2" long and bites. I can't wait till it arrives in the US!

She may actually be right, you know. It may well be dangerous to have glass doors without any markings on them. There are a lot of stupid clueless people with bad eyesight and apple probably has at its its share of them as customers.
