This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).

topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Weather has turned down the thermostat so:
Lean AAA beef cubed, seared and gently saute'd in red wine added to;
Mushrooms sliced thin and saute'd in olive oil, red wine vinegar, red wine and paper thin garlic slices, added to simmering;
Beef stock, with;
onions, celery, corn, peas, potatos, tomatos, zuchini, seasoned with;
Sage, italian seasoning, garlic, oregano. Will take about 1 1/2 hours to cook slow on the stovetop.
9 hours from now we'll sit, sip some red wine, serve the stew with some crusty Italian bread and think happy thoughts.
