	I love this company... I have a technical mountaineering shell that I've owned for about a year and a half. Last week it failed MISERABLY in a torrential downpour out in the mountains. OR didn't even bother to suggest washing options for revitalizing the Goretex, they just said "Send it back, we'll replace it." much love, OR, much love.
