I liked the part where herschel (sp?) shot his shotgun like 45 times and reloaded 1 time lol.
and where all the people in the cars kept stopping and letting the zombies pile up around them and were then surprised they could barely move the car...
so is next season going to split into 2 stories with Andrea and the freaky caped crusader samurai as one group and the Ricktatorship as another?
Am I the only one who was thinking "siphon some gas out of those 300 cars on the highway before you drive off"? because it's about driven me insane any time they've shown that part of the highway with all those cars and they just pretend like the cars aren't there....If anything, I'd be looking for a better vehicle that isn't 50 years old.

That whole scene got to her but the point at which she really couldn't take it anymore was hearing that it was, "Carl that took him out."
She might be also feeling like she caused all this by talking to Rick in the first place. I don't even know what she was thinking when she went to talk to Shane,(even if she had good intentions that whole thing was a stupid thing to do, knowing how Shane was).

If that's the case, then yeah, I would have gas cans and hoses and constantly be checking any car in sight for gas. Any newer model I see that looks clean, (no dead bodies or splatters) would be my upgrade. My impression was that's how they kept their farm vehicles running but when Sh!t hit the fan they didn't have the time or luxury of thinking about that.

OK I was wrong about the knives thing.... god it was fun thinking I had it figured out for like 5 secs. So everyone is infected, this is going to make interesting group dynamics and how they handle things. Someone before mentioned Laurie's baby becoming some miracle cure thing and I am leaning that way now too.
Everyone might be infected now but somehow Rick's story removes him from all that, (unless you can just pick the germs up on the way). But maybe if he was clean and she wasnt when the baby was made....maybe now it matters more if its a Rick or Shane's baby.

i like that lady metropolis was told everyone was infected last week but god damned if she would believe a bunch of profanity from people who read the comics. fk you and the horse you rode in on. this is the tv show and it will clearly be different! 
the change in rick has been too quick for my liking. i know killing shane was his breaking point but he broke waaaaaaaay too far off to the crazy side. and last week lori was pushing him to fking kill shane. why is it rick's fault she can't keep her spawn on a leash? she's the responsible party for her stupid kid (that i want to die so so badly. i would have taken another season of daryl over carl living for one more episode.) instead of whatever the fk else she does when she's not watching him. i imgaine she's preening her vagina so she can have even more children she won't watch or be responsible for until the last goddamn second when profanity gets real and suddenly she can't find it.
as for the highway, they showed them siphoning gas out when they first stopped there. so it's entirely possible they got all of it they could carry or that was there. you forget that in emergency situations like that, people do often run out of gas. it's mostly from being fking retarded and idling until they're out of gas. but it does happen. so it's completely possible that a lot of those cars had little or no fuel.

Well it wasn't until some people mentioned the comic books that I was thinking I was wrong and even then, they have parted ways from the comics that I thought maybe this time this makes sense. I am trying to make sense of things based on what I see on the show. I haven't read any books.

I watched about 3/4's of the first episode, and realized that the hospital dude was going to find his wife and kid....only to realize his wife had been boinking his former partner since she left his ass in a hospital to die when the zombie crap started happening.
That depressed the hell out of me and I had no further desire to watch the show.
Yeah, I realize life goes on and profanity, but hell....I would like to think that if my ass got eaten by zombies my wife would at least find some dude I didn't use to hang out with to screw her brains out with while forgetting about me.
The reality of the fact that it would probably be some guy I let drink coffee in my kitchen and treat like a friend.....makes me want to start head shotting every god damn asshole I know who ever even met the woman I'm currently boinking. Find your own woman you weak assed coveting assholes.

Yeah, they are trying to create enough for people to talk about during the offseason. Too bad it's just not believable with her. They want people to wonder stuff like, Is she really carrying Shane's baby?" Truth is, it doesn't matter. And to be honest if she even waited 2 months after he had died, it should be rather apparent who the baby daddy is based on when she gives birth. Lori married her husband, Rick at very young age and the two of them eventually had a son named Carl. They lived as a typical surburban family in King County, Georgia. Lori was a doting stay-at-home mother, while Rick was the breadwinner of the family (working for the local Sheriff's department). Over time, their marriage became increasingly strained, with Rick constantly distancing himself from her. His unwillingness to talk about his feelings and their problems often resulted in fights, where harsh words were spoken by Lori. It had even reached the point where she began to question his love for her and Carl. Lori confided in a friend (and fellow housewife), Paula to ease the stress and seek advice.
Days before the apocalypse breaks out, Lori finds out by Shane about Rick's shooting, and is forced to break the crushing news to Carl. As the apocalypse finally breaks out, Shane convinces them that Rick is dead, and she and her son pack their things and leave with Shane to head towards Atlanta.

OK so, just finished watching the finale...
So many people dead in the first 15.
I LOVE how with a final bow to poor Sophia, it was her that brought them back together on the highway after the farm massacre.
Speaking of, the episode started with all the zombs following the chopper/noise. They herded then that was the undead group at the end of the episode before the finale. HUH?
WHOTF was that hooded freak with the 2 chained up zombs?? From that other group? Some OTHER group? I'd assume by the way (that with no arms, and we couldn't see clearly, but I figured their hooded 'MASTER' wired/sewed their mouth/jaws shut) they would have been taken care of.
And WTF was that compound shown at the end? 
At this point, sounds about goddamned right. He didn't want this shiz....killed his best friend after all the shizz that went down...and STILL, the majority of them are alive.
I can't FKING wait for fall to see where season 3 leads us.

Yeesh! I assume that's in the graphic novels and a character to come out in season 3?
