No running water up there yet but still it was super nice.

Mr Pants got do so some swimming.




And we got to crawl around in the dirt, which is super fun.

We typically dont go up there during the winter, we shut off water from like the end of October till end of April just so pipes dont freeze. It does get cold though yeah, they had a 20" snowstorm up there less than 2 weeks ago.

kids and dogs wash

that was my motto when the son was little. he even told some lady at the base housing , she commented to him he was dirty while the kids were playing. told her my mom says i wash.

Letting her explore around on her own is good for her even if it is in the dirt. Learning about rocks and sticks and dirt and leaves and and and. Plus shes a learning that she can do and go places by herself, keeps me from having to pick her up and carry her everywhere.
