What phone should I upgrade to?

Looking to upgrade from my tiny HTC Aria, I've got it whittled down to 3 phones; the HTC Titan, Samsung Focus, and the Samsung Galaxy S II.
I'm leaning towards the Titan right now, though the Galaxy S II is nice, with 4g also.
They're free for me to upgrade to with 2 year commitment with AT&T.

I agree with the Iphone and I don't have one.
You're going to get a cheaper smart phone with an Android phone, but you're also likely to see very few o/s upgrades or none at all on it.
Quite a few companies don't bother with apps for the Android because the market is so fragmented, they'd have to maintain 3 or more different versions of it.
