If they just move the entire board intact that wouldnt be an issue.
I honestly see no downside as long as post count and reg date go over as well. Bonus would be if they combined my post count from over there even though is meager on that side.

I dislike change, specially if a company can't do it without inconveniencing their users. If I showed up one morning and everything was migrated seamlessly (post count, icon, title, login, post history, threads, forums, etc) I wouldn't care but I am placing bets that isn't what will happen.
