I dont know if im happy or downright terrified lol

I knew switching up my diet would get things moving again, i didnt think it would be this drastic...

That isn't that unusual for the first week of a change in diet/activity/etc. If it keeps up for a month or more then yeah there is a problem.

Could be water weight, could be that you pooped a lot.

Well it's been steadily going down on a daily basis, after being completely stagnated (literally not moving more than a couple of ounces one way or another) for a couple of months. So either its really weird that my body has suddenly decided to have major (and only downward) fluctuations or i am actually losing weight.

EDIT: I weigh myself every day, at the exact same time, i always go to the loo beforehand and i always weigh myself naked so that i dont have to account for clothes. Im pretty well attuned to the fluctuations (or lack thereof) my body makes.

Weight loss will be easy at the beginning. It gets way harder. As you come down in weight, you should only lose 1-2lbs per week but that can fluctuate depending on how much water you're carrying.
