But I ain't white trash
I'm wild and a little crazy too
I have seen a lot of things in my life time.
That is why I walk the line I walk.

Who cares as long as we keep kicking everyones ass.

In the words of one of our great Neo Con posters back when he was for wars because Bush was for wars.

Its time we get our heads out of the sand and start taking over these backwards countries to proactively protect ourselves.

so what hes saying is that he would rather approach this as an international coalition in hopes of garnering the same success we had in Libea. I dont see a problem with his comments.

The Oatmeal Butterscotch paired with a Snickerdoodle
turned my cynical penis into a happy vagina
Then after an Oatmeal Cranberry and Double Chocolate,
it made my new vagina spontaneously sing the Trolololo Song in an elevator.

This is correct... it is not like it is new... been like this for over 50 years.

We created the UN after WWII... signed an international treaty with most of the world to prevent someone like Hitler from happening again.

The U.N. is suppose to authorize any military action... which can be vetoed by a number of nations.

So if we want to follow the constitution... which declares treaties as the supreme law of the land and all judges are bound by them... then we need to follow the treaty... or have congress amend it.

The constitution takes precedence over any treaty. While going through the UN and building a coalition is a good thing to do, the US govt can also tell the UN to go eff themselves and take whatever military action deemed necessary to protect itself and its citizens.

You are correct and this would not be a problem if we actually followed the constitution. You are basically arguing that we should not follow the Constitution... as in it has no precedence.

Article VI Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution.

"This Constitution... and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby..."
