Throw on tin foil in the oven. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Mansmiths seasoning and cook till tender.

Yep, first shot of Crown I ever had was after a long day on a drilling rig. It was 115º and a guy took it out of the trunk of his car. He passed it around and I thought OMG this is going to be tough. HA! It was sooo sooo smooth.
