Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Holy Moly I'm tired: Helped my brother move all day today

Started out really good 
-woke up late, had to rush to try and get out the door to meet the condo maintence guy @ 10AM
-beer fridge unplugged over night had overflowed the drip tray, water all over my floors
-didn't take the time to tie down the first load of gear, on a turn onto a main/busy road...dresser tipped, top drawer flew out, my brothers underwear (ha!) were all over the street. It also totalled the drawer.
After that things got a bit smoother...just pumping stuff up to his condo, drive back to my place, load up the truck, rinse and repeat.
Ended up finishing the last piece of his desk @ 2:15PM (15minutes over schedule)
Spent the next 5 hours building stuff while he organized, washed dishes/clothes.
-Built his bed frame
-Built his desk
-Built his new BBQ
And I managed to do a little electrical work too. He had a long hanging chandelier in a poor spot, I replaced it with something more practical.
He made me dinner for my troubles.
Everything hurts, but he's to the point where he can live there. Still a big mess of boxes and garbage, but that's his problem.
I NOW LIVE ALONE! WOOHOOOOOOooooo

If I wasn't so chilled from building that BBQ outside for 2 hours...
I'd be walking around the house naked to celebrate.
