They really do get annoying =\. Especially for people like me who shop at the grocery store a few times a week. They weren't there today, though there was a homeless hispanic woman looking for change or for work or something.
Extremely harsh though to steal money from the girl scouts. Thieves who need to steal from kids or Christmas presents etc need to be shot
