[VN
Boards Archive] |
Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.
Please enjoy the archive.

The faces are scary, lip-syncing's awful, voice work's bland, gameplay's repetitive, structure's annoying... but the Twin Peaks stuff is grand. You can just tell whoever made it has a deep, abiding love for that show. Which makes me kind of dig it, despite the flaws. The moment I entered a fairly faithful recreation of the Double R diner and a cop at the counter enthused about the great coffee... Which sort of disappointed me because I realized I would GLADLY play a game that involved only walking around town and interacting with oddball citizens over a game that has you shooting shadow-people in the woods.

Actually, I take that back. The game at least tries to do something fresh. And while the story so far barely has my attention, it's still way better than most video-game plots.

banging random NPCs of the opposite sex was quite a refreshing twist on standard quest lines. i tapped it once and realised i wasnt high enough level to hit the story arch that would allow me to tap it again. i have 12 days to get more virtual wetness. do you need a date for this weekend, bonk? i know a girl whos willing and waiting....
