I've had prostrate checks only twice in my life, once as a re-enlistment physical and once before I had umbilical hernia surgery.
Bent over a table, ass in the air, and holding your breath waiting for the doctor to insert a finger is the most embarassing thing I can remember going through. I can't imagine EVER doing that type of thing for anyone else, for any reason.
