An old friend of mine was diagnosed with prostate cancer

He's in his mid-30's, a few years younger than I am, and apparently this type of aggressive prostate cancer is far more typical of people in their 70's. He and some of my other Army buddies are wondering if it's due to the crap we were exposed to when we served. I'm not talking like the depleted uranium or gulf war kind of stuff, I'm talking about an old camp we worked at that was shut down by the EPA for asbestos and God knows what else. In any case, I've been advised to get my PSA levels checked. Here's to hoping the doctor won't want to do a follow-up. As in follow with his finger up my butthole.

That sucks
My buds and I spent a few weeks working around and monitoring an old, solidly radioactive, soviet storage bunker. I've had concerns about that crap ever since. Hope your doc's finger stays clean.

I had a dream. It was an incredible dream. When I awoke, I had a huge mess to clean up.

I don't think asbestos would give you prostate cancer unless you were shoving it up there for fun.

We had an expression back then... What happens in TDY (temporary duty) stays in TDY.
