	I'm out of red sauce so I'm making another batch. It's a two day process. The red sauce is very simple, it's onion, celery, carrot it 1:.5:.5 ratio, Italian sausage, two large cans of tomatoes, and red wine. 2T oregano, 1T basil, 1T marjoram, salt to taste. Brown the sausage, saute the aromatics a while, add 1/4 to 1/2 bottle of red wine, tomatoes, and seasoning. Simmer for 5 hours (at least) Then put it in the fridge overnight. Now it's ready for serving. I need to start mincing the aromatics but I can't help but sample the wine first. It's OK if I get a little blood in it anyway, any blood born pathogens will be killed during the cooking process. -----signature----- There is no emotion, there is peace. 	God, Friday, when I went home I really wanted an egg-salad sandwich. And I was just obsessing about it and I was like: "Man, I'm gonna make one of those. " So Saturday I went out and I got, like, a dozen eggs... and I boiled them all and then I just... I spent, I don't know, probably three hours... like, three-and-a-half hours making... you know, the mayonnaise and the onions and paprika... and, you know, all the accoutrement. And then, by the time I was done... I just really didn't feel like eating it. -----signature----- i, ticky.
