DC ( like the pun on your initials with your degree) how can I sum 2 speaker level signals into one full range signal? In my Challenger I want to take the left front high and left front low and combine to one. Same with the right side. The problem is, I don't want to add amplitude or voltage where there is overlap trhat is either in phase or out of phase. Then I want to take this signal and run it to the crossover network for a very high end component set. I do not want to use what JL Audio has that takes it all the way back to line level again making you run it thru yet another amplifier.

It's been 2+ years since I did any sort of real engineering and even then I never worked with audio enough to not need a schematic and specifications in front of me to give you any sort of useful input. There's a difference between knowing how to analyze/design a system to process a signal and knowing the circuit schematics, customs, standards, and available off-the shelf components from memory. Kind of like how an aerospace engineer knows the theory behind flight and aircraft design but doesn't necessarily know what the buttons in any random cockpit do.
Is it possible? Sure, there's not much in signal processing that isn't possible especially when you're talking about the limits of human perception rather than mathematically perfect. How much it would cost is in space, money, and hassle is the real issue. There's probably a forum full of car audio nerds much more capable of giving you a better answer than I can...
Edit:
Out of curiosity,
1) What's wrong with in-phase additions when you sum the two signals?
2) Why not just bypass the initial LF/HF filters and take the native signals instead of trying to piece it back together?

Because the signal goes directly from the head unit to the installed amp and it's not an RCA cable. It's propriatary. Then, the signal comes out after running thru an amp and somewhere inside the signal is crossed over. Now I could simply use the rear signal as it is full range. However, to do this I would lose the ability to have a rear fill (which I may ultimately want to do anyway). So what I have is 8 channels coming out. L/F low, L/F high, R/F low, R/F high, front center. bass, left rear full, right rear full. If I use the rears I effectively lose about half the amplification. I am willing to do this, but I prefer not to.
Anyway, the current setup I guess is crossed over at about 180Kh. That's a guess. If I went with this set it may work as is, I'm not sure:
