In the Jambalya mix there's rice, herbs, and spices. It gives instructions on what else to add. Like chicken, sausage, onion soup, celery soup, and tomatoes. For tomatoes I usually use rotel tomatoes. And usually chicken and smoked sausage. I've done duck a few times. I've also done shrimp. If you order anything from them make sure you also get their Cajun Seasoning. It's the best Cajun Seasoning I've ever had.
