Werd. I NEVER know what I want to eat anymore, I just know I'm starving and my brain won't even throw me a bone on what I feel like eating. I was the exact opposite as a kid.

I spent 2 days slow cooking a pork roast to make pulled pork, and then got nauseated to the point that no food was appealing for almost a week.

I do something like this all the time. I'll go shopping....(usually NOT hungry, I know that trap)...buy things I'd like to cook for that night, then other things I wanna cook for the next day or so... Come dinner time...I don't want ANY of it.. Make something out of left field... I just don't get it, but glad I'm not the only one.

Here you go: My Old Guildmate posted: INGREDIENTS 2 Tbsp peanut butter (personally I like crunchy, most go for creamy tho) 1/2 cup soy sauce, or tamari sauce for the GF folks. 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice 1 Tbsp brown sugar 3 Tbsp curry powder 1 clove garlic, chopped 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts - slice in strips about 1/2in wide DIRECTIONS 1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, curry powder, garlic. Heat in a small pan on medium and stir till smooth. 2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate. Let the chicken marinate at least 2 hours, overnight is best. 3. Preheat a grill to high heat. 4. Weave the chicken strips onto skewers, then grill for 5-8 minutes per side.
