I'd buy out Greece and with the 5.9 trillion I have left I'd buy my way into North Korea and take over. Then I'd invite all the western countries to come in and build that place up. It's ripe for the pickings.

Give 99.9% of it to the government IF they could run a surplus budget while lowering taxes for five straight years.
That leaves me ridiculously wealthy and the country in better shape.
That is of course if its in USD.

I'd throw a lot of money into education and healthcare here in Ontario. Lots.

You know, paying off the government debt does not seem like a good idea to me. Things like this makes me think it only enable the party more. You pay off the debt and I think it will climb even higher very fast.
