do you drink a week?
My friend drinks 3 red bulls every day..number one, that's alot of money..and two..I think it ruins the kidneys.
I have tried one of those 5 hour energy drinks..it was awful!

Im usually good for 1 five hour energy drink , either before a work out or my evening extension class7-10pm. If I dont I will double espresso. I might have a Red bull once a week , too.

5 hour energy is awesome. I usually drink one a week when I couldn't sleep the night before.
Does coffee count as an energy drink? That number is significantly higher.

Another coffee drinker here, energy drinks are bleh unless you're mixing them with alcohol.
When I'm drinking though, and its in the mix, I probably put down 3 to 5 in a night.

I used to drink 3-4 a week. As with most things probably not good for me I've been trying to cut back. I still drink them occasionally but meh I've always been a lethargic person since I live on 5ish hours of sleep a night

Maybe one Red Bull a month or so. When I first tried them I was on a 3 a day habit, that lasted about 3 weeks. There is something uniquely peppy and refreshing about them - strangely enough.
As to the 5 hour energy - If I have a late night drive or a long drive after a long day - it's 5 hour energy time. I can't stand the taste of them, but they effing work!

I don't drink energy drinks. I don't drink coffee.
Sometimes I get a mocha cappuccino though.. like once every couple months.
I drank maybe 5 of those AMP energy drinks when I had reports and exams back in college.

I bought a 5 hour energy drink a few weeks ago when I was starting a new full time job where I was worried I'd get too tired to stay up.
Never got around to using it though, since coffee seemed to work just as well, and is a lot cheaper, but I'll down it at some point seeing how I already bought it...

the good thing about the 5 hour energy drinks is that they actually have very little caffeine. what gives you the boost is the high B6 and B12 vitamins in it. 8333% B12, 2000% B6. caffeine is listed 2nd to last on the ingredient list. lately, i have been going thru one a day of them. i just dump a grape one in some grape gatorade, and it covers the bad taste. some weeks at the auto parts plant i work in ar SOOOO much fun.

B6 40mg
folic acid 400mcg
b12 500mcg

I used to have 2-3 a day but I cut that out a while back, I avoid them now. I had Jager bombs at the drag races last night but otherwise than that I don't drink them anymore.
I will use a 5 hour if I am driving and feel like I am wanting to nod off. I keep a few in the car for that purpose but it doesn't happen that often.
