i won't disagree that it might be an improvement over the last attempt at spiderman. i mean look at how many attempts it took them to get batman right.
i'm not really specifically hating on this particular film, i'm just tired of seeing hollywood repeat itself over and over. i can't think of any movie in recent years that made me want to go see it in the theater as opposed to waiting for dvd much less one that was so good i'd want to see it more than once in the theater.

This, exactly. It's not easy to find a kids movie in regular non-3D, as well. My 4 year old will NOT sit through more than 20 minutes of a movie while holding giant 3D glasses on her head. I don't blame her, JUST GIVE ME A BORING TWO DIMENSIONAL MOVIE TO MATCH THE PLOT!!
