It is rated PG-13.
Disney is releasing the movie under the Disney brand and not one of their other studies.
So the sex and nudity are certainly out.

There wasn't any sex in the books. A fair amount of nudity and near nudity, though.
Here's John Carter's first view of the incomparable Dejah Thoris...
