Oh I'm sure he has. A musician like that will own the first 5 Ramones albums without question. Anyone with any sense would for that matter.
A little known fact. Beethoven was a big fan of the Ramones. That's how he went deaf.

Are you sure it was the 3rd movement of the moonlght sonata? Thats what i would call a "virtuoso" piece (assuming he could play it correctly). The first movement is simple.
