one property, it was only assessed for like 500k last year, now its worth 900k this year. so taxes went up. same thing for a building that is worth to the government 400k and now its worth 600k.

don't feel too bad about it, I got it on the first part, where they make you pay it back... they couldn't just retroactively change the credit to be a real credit for everyone who took it.

Every year, I estimate and send in quarterly payments.

Every year I'm wrong and have to send them more no matter how much I increase the damn payments to avoid this. I think they just take whatever I send them then add 40% for the hell of it.

yet again got outraged that i had to claim my MA tax return as EFFING INCOME!
bastards over taxed me and call it income...EFF YOU!!!

i dont even know how the hell to lower it either.
