Welcome to the Vault Network forum archive.

This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least 20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per page).

Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50 topics per page, while others deemed of historical signifigance may be archived in their entirety.

We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in lieu of that.

	OMG. Ok boys and girls, if you EVER feel the need to encounter Noobs of Epic Proportion (NEP's) you need look no further than Dungeon Rampage. I am currently working on my level 51 ranger. I learned quickly that tactics, controlled advance and common sense were important as the dungeons got bigger. In fact, there are some dungeons that pretty much DEPEND on these. Enter the noobs. First, once you open a dungeon with one character, you can enter it with ANY character. That means you can hit the level 40-50 dungeons with a level 1 if you're so inclined. Also, if your FRIEND is in able to go into a dungeon, you can just click "join" and it will let you right on in. Why do I mention this? Well, it seems that people who are used to level 10 and lower dungeons like to noob it up in the upper levels. They have several endearing qualities that make them into some kind of punishment from Hell uber noobs, to boot. The first and foremost thing these cretins like to do? They come in and run in different directions, pulling everything in site. These creatures smash them into tiny bits of noob pixels and then they come running after YOU. One spawn is tough enough, but trust me, when the "noob spawn" of 4x generation comes out you'll know about it. The other wonderful quality that these NEC's have is what I call "food mongering". They see food on the ground (which heals some damage) and BAM! They run around like Pacman eating dots, hurt or not. Of course that means that the food is GONE and if they get hurt and have no mana they cannot return to it for a quick heal, but hey....what's a noob to do, amirite? Finally, the thing that just ices the cake. Noobs who get wtfpwnt and then spam "help" over and over, like you cannot see that they're dead. (You can rez with the spacebar). help help help help STFU TOAD, I'M TRYING TO CLEAR ALL THE CRAP YOU SENT AT ME! help help help /rant off -----signature----- My folks went on vacation and all I got was this lousy sig.
