3 million is actually pretty good, in the past mine have all been 1 million, or 1.5 million.

the easy to find pdf says lifetime benefit maximum: none now i'm confused, is there a difference between lifetime benefit maximum and lifetime maximum???? then one pdf says: Professional services Office visits (first 2 visits/calendar year for any combination of preventive care exam and physician office visits – subsequent visits are subject to the copayment maximum) $40 the other says: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Professional (Physician) BenefitsPhysician and specialist office visits (First visit per Calendar Year is covered prior to meeting the Copayment Maximum – subsequent visits are subject to the Copayment Maximum) $40 am i retarded or are these not the same?

Understatement of the century. Applies across the board, too.
