	Federal Unemployment Tax From my accountant: Please make a payment using EFTPS in the amount of $0.00, marked 940-4th qtr. 	Yeah that's about the dumbest thing ever. I have to do that for the fed and the state. Another time consuming waste of business time. 	I have to file payroll and sales taxes online. I made one mistake where I checked the wrong time period and it took months to get it straight.
