SWTOR resubscribe issue?

So my credit card got lost only a few days before the card got charged so the subscript ended and I used a different credit card to pay for this month. It appears that the card charged and in the "my account" area of the website it shows I have 29 days left but the client still says I have no subscript even after an hour or so after the charge.
looks like Im not alone
