Current temp: 10 F
Feels like: -7 F
As with every other day so far this winter, I headed to work in sandals, no socks. My feet are VERY happy right now. Amazing that in order for my feet to even FEEL a tiny bit chilly, I have to either step right into a big pile of snow, or it has to feel like it's below zero.

It can be rather inconvenient at times, I must say. My feet get hot so easy and once that happens I'm just toast. Miserable toast. I have to go and either stick my feet in the snow or if I'm at home, run them under icy cold water, just to cool down. Forget being able to sleep with hot feet. Heck our bedroom window is open year-round, last night included, and my feet are always sticking out of the covers.
I just hope and pray that I never have hot flashes when I hit menopause lol. I would probably bypass that altogether and just spontaneously burst into flames. Like a phoenix only without the cool rebirth bit.

Actually it's even worse than that. They don't get sweaty or stinky. They get dry as a bone and although I don't have to deal with anything like cracked skin (yay for lotion!) they just feel like they're on FIRE.

Ok I suppose it isn't worse when it comes to everyone around me. It just feels worse. At least, I think it does. Since I've never had sweaty stinky feet I suppose I have no basis for comparison but yeah it's bad enough.

I can feel your pain my whole body puts off abnormal amounts of heat.
I run around in a t-shirt and jeans when its 40 degrees outside.
Much colder then I have to use a long sleeve or light jacket.
People look at me like wtf and think I am on drugs on something.
If I dont sleep under a fan in the winter or in air conditioning in the summer I will wake up in a pool of sweat.

I've thought about going to a doctor in general because it isn't just my feet, although they tend to get hotter than the rest of me. My whole body exudes heat- my husband says I'm thermo-nuclear. When anyone else in the family gets cold they come and cuddle with me for about 30 seconds and then they're good. It makes me sad because I like cuddles (longer than 30 seconds tyvm!) but I also don't want them to suffer third degree burns
Not yesterday but the week prior, even though it was about 15 degrees outside, I wore a very thin long-sleeved shirt over my tshirt when I went outside, and that was enough. Everyone at work thinks I'm insane. I'm not sure what the doctors could even do about any of it, though.
