Boards Archive] |
Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.
Please enjoy the archive.

When i was 14 (ok, so 15 years ago, but still...) i took Tae Kwon Do classes and you paid 10 quid (about $7-ish) per week, if you didnt show up, you didnt pay. You paid extra for your uniforms, gradings etc. I decided that maybe i would switch one of my dance classes for a Tae Kwon Do class, as im looking for a bit more aggressive levels of fitness, plus it goes well with my intent to improve myself mentally as well as physically this year. Except the cost of studying a martial art appears to be the cost of all my dance classes put together! When the hell (and why the hell) did it get so expensive? /blog off

15 years ago, I think it was closer to 2/1 in favor of the pound.
