deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least

signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Look for updated video drivers. I doubt that is causing it but your drivers are from 2008.

First I would do some basic trouble shooting.
Uncheck all plugins in Decal and see if you can get in game.
if you can then its one of the plugins causing the problem.
If you still can't you should uninstall reinstall decal and watch for any error messages.
