If your parents raised you to feel paranoid or never good enough then thats how youd see the world.
If you see someone looking at you - you can either smile and think "that person thinks im good looking" or frown and think "that person thinks im a freak" or get angry and think "that person is racist"..,
Its all about your outlook.

I guess that true, you can change some parts of your psyche... It helps to be aware of your own stupid negative tjpughts but the truth is also that a lot of your personality is set in stone from an early age. You can fix it though; i wonder if there is an electve brainwashing clinic?
Also, remember that some people might not think much of you - if you did what they expect, yoyd be a homeless bum. Dont live up to those expectations. Come up with ypur own high value expectations of yourself and luve up to those.
