Why not get a vent microwave? Same price (as far as I know, anyhow) and it's still off the countertop.

The previous owners of my place actually built a little cubby in the cabinetry and put a put a countertop microwave in there. It looks just like a built in but cost wayyyy less. It's only 800 watts though and I want to replace it with a 1200. I was just shopping around some and noticed the huge price differences.
I'll be getting another countertop one and putting it in the cubby.
