Your wife gets up to go to work and finds you are still playing. When she gets home from work she finds you are still playing. She puts her foot down and demands you go to bed after you have played over 32 straight hours. (true story)
I was working for the school then and was on one of the two week breaks.
Number 2
You get up from a raid and almost fall down. You cannot breath. You are taken to the hospital with massive blood clots in both lungs from Deep Vein Thrombosis that developed into a pulmonary embolism. (Also true story. My nephew had to finish the raid for me.)

You call out "sick" and everyone thinks its because its too cold for you (working outside) and you let them believe it. Them thinking you're a wuss is better than the truth.
