One program I listen to from 2-4 is moving to 7-9 and he seems to think this is a move up but it doesnt seem like it to me. I mean I am much more likely to be listening to the radio during the day on a Sunday than at night and it just seems to me like there would be fewer people listening at that time...
Is 2-4 or 7-9 a better slot on Sunday Radio?

I would GUESS 2-4 because people are out (driving), active on a Sunday afternoon trying to get things done. They might be home watching TV/eating dinner/relaxing/preparing for the work week at 7-9pm.
