Website says you can't vote on the petition anymore.

"The petition you are trying to access has expired, because it failed to meet the signature threshold. "

More like GoDaddy is paying lip service to people because its turning into a PR problem. If anyone thinks they've flopped on their views though... yeah not so much.

GoDaddy has lost 70,000 domain customers. And been accused of slowing down the process of transferring domains to rivals.

http://news.cnet.com/8301-31921_3-57348511-281/godaddy-accused-of-interfering-with-anti-sopa-exodus/

GoDaddy said it has a query limit on WhoIs look ups to prevent spam and abuse. Which seems like a reasonable explanation. However it's pretty sad that you have so many customers trying to do transformer to other providers that your WhoIs query gets flooded.

I still need to move my domain. Apparently NamesCheap is calling December 29th, "Move Your Domain Day".

NamesCheap also provides some info on how to transfer your domains from GoDaddy.
http://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/876/83/how-to-transfer-a-domain-from-godaddy

I'm not familiar with them, but will give them a try.
