How does one remove old DHS entries for plugins that have been uninstalled?

I think you have to use regedit.
Hot keys are under:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Anarchist Software\Decal Hotkey System]

All you needed to to was to click the circle to the right of the green circle at the end of each line. It will ask if you're sure you want to delete, so just click yes.

That will delete the hotkey entry. I was asking how to delete the entire hotkey. Editing the registry was the answer.
