Looking for a Friar template for Mordred

Going to be staff Friar...
50staff, 42 enh, 17 parry, 25 rejuv.
Best I can find, which i'll list below, is a basic Ywain template... but I hear there is much better that can be done on Mordred having access to all 3 realms items.
Let me know if anyone has a sick Friar temp... i'd be new to Mordred, so hard to start templating myself here.
I don't like the fact it does not have Eternal Plant, and that it has no +Heal%... but let's see what others come up with.
