signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

I don't normally have problems with decal and I have a oddball kind of setup going on, but has worked since before time IE: release until NOW.
Here's my export below, i've manually updated the memlocs myself and i've made sure everything is proper.
If you have any suggestions as to why its not updating properly let me know, would be much appreciated.

Did you just upgrade to 2.9.6.5 or were you using that before the patch?
Also...did you patch all of your AC directories?

Correct, I've had 2.9.6.5 before the last patch, worked fine
I also updated all 3 AC client directories I have for dual client. (manually)

Have you used the DecalUtil.exe in the Decal install directory? Try it and see if that works.

I lied, my problem is solved, I have a turbine directory on my desktop and program files.
I never went into program files and updated those, only the ones on my desktop.
Considering the Portal Path above is pulling from program files, it's not recognizing the right clients that I updated, my fault.
