cannot install decal

so i just reformated dl'ed and installed ac in c:\games it starts up just fine then when i go to install decal it begines to install then i get the error message "Module C:\Games\decal\DecalNet.dll failed to register. HRESULT -214703898 Contact your support personnel" then gives me the option to exit installation, try agian, or coninue if i try agian error comes back if i continue then it happens for all the .dll's but they will be in the folder.... if i press continue for everything then i get the error message "Decal requires Asheron's Call to be installed with hardware 3d acceleration enabled! Decal will run, but will be unable to display any UI in-game then when i try to run decal says "could not locate client.exe" but doesnt give me the option the locate it
i am running vista home 32 bit gforce 9800 vcard everything worked fine befor i refomated

Download and run depends.exe on Decalnet.dll
Also, make sure to run the installer as admin.
Also, what version of decal?
Also, make sure you selected the managed components for installation. They are required. (Decal.Adapter.dll should be in the folder)

version 2.6.0.3 got from

and i did miss one # on that HRESULT -2147023898
i dont know if i got the right thing but i used dependency walker on decalnet.dll dont know what it did but did come up with some error messages
Warning: At least one delay-load dependency modul was not found.
warning: At least one module has an unresolved imprt due to missing eport function in a delay-load depndent module.
and on IESHIMS.DLL error opening file. the system cannot find the file specifed (2). but dont know if that is the info you need
and is Decal.Adapter.dll supposed to be in the decal folder? its not

2.6.0.3 definitely won't work, that's a pre-Throne of Destiny version of Decal.
Our web site will be up soon. I think virindi's got a copy on her site somewhere.
You should uninstall Decal and run the CleanDecalReg.exe utility
