Here's an example of a pretty cheap and simple template. 4 Crafted items and the rest is basically free stuff you can get from vets who have BPs and a couple hours on scales. I use this template on my Berserker currently - you could swap the Anarchy bracer for something else like a CB Con bracer or something if needed. Troll with 5 QUI at creation will have exact capped speed with the celerity proc. Yes, I am that good.

You can use any Alb or Mid crush/hammer weapon for Hib Blunt. Most all weapons work cross-realm, like you can use a Hero Celtic Spear on a Hunter and vice versa.
