Are you kidding? In the link you posted is a tab that says CPU Support List. It shows you every available CPU you can use in that MB.

Its dead tech. AMD doesn't utilize that socket any more.

At a certain point in time, its becomes not worth doing a CPU only upgrade. Not knowing what your current cpu is, its only a guess, but chances are you have reached that point in time happy .

you may be right, can anyone possibly find me a nice motherboard/cpu combo that runs ddr2 ram? i've got 8gb of CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) o.o and my video card is a geforce 9800 gt 1gb ram

It's written in the motherboard specifications right in your link that the motherboard supports Phenom II 45nm processors.
All you'll have to do is to upgrade your 0508 BIOS to a newer one from the download pages.
That's would be a very nice performance upgrade for you.

What is your motherboard's PCB version? (not BIOS, PCB, must be written somewhere).

Conversely, GPU-Z will tell you everything you need to know about your graphics card.

PCB is not CPU though, it's motherboard version happy

For that, it's better to download something like Aida64 or Scisoft Sandra.
